The Wendy Vance Award is named after my sister who was tragically killed in a car accident.

She was a Veteran, a schoolteacher, a sports coach, and loved our great country!

She always wanted to bring the best out in others! She was the epitome of a role model for kids.

She was tough and kept the standards high, but helped her students reach new heights and achieve more than they thought they could!

The award will go to students ranging in age from kindergarten to college who exhibit exceptional attributes in community service, academics, and athletics.
